Lunch With Daddy

Today we had lunch with Daddy. C and E have been wanting to do this for a little while, but we just had not gotten around to it. So, today they picked going to lunch with Daddy and then to the Science Place over going to Incredible Pizza with playgroup. They love their Daddy so much! They would have liked to have done lunch with Daddy and then Incredible Pizza, but when I said they had to choose-- Daddy won out! So, we made the hour drive there, spent an hour with Carlton, and then drove back home by way of The Science Place. It was fun and great to see Carlton in the middle of the day.

Let me brag on my husband just a bit--- I am so blessed to have such a wonderful husband and my kids are so blessed to have such a great Daddy! A lady asked me at church recently, "Do you know how blessed you are to have that man in your life?" I, of course, do realize that and answered accordingly! Carlton is the most loving, understanding, gentle, helpful, Godly man... (the list goes on)...he is just what we need and we are truly blessed to have him in our lives. It is so sweet to see the way he is with C, E, and K. They adore him, as do I! Thank you, Carlton! We Love You!

After lunch with Daddy, we went to The Science Place in Fair Park. We haven't been in a while, and C has been asking to go-- we just haven't made the time. So, today we went and all three kiddos had a blast! Even Kara! It wasn't very crowded and she could crawl around and explore all she wanted to. We went through the Children's museum part, and as we were leaving we decided to go through one of the newer exhibits on buildings. It had a lot of hands on experiments and things to do and they loved it. As you can see, I took lots of pictures!
