Happy 5th bday E!

Today is my big girls 5th birthday! We will celebrate with a ballerina dance party on Friday night, but today she got a day of pampering! We started out with a hair trim and mini-manicure. Then on to a cupcakery! Lunch at McD's and then a little shopping. Then a birthday supper at Joe Willys! I had a great day pampering my E! Happy Birthday, sweetheart.

Snow Days!

We have had an abundance of snow days recently! With so much time stuck indoors, we have come up with lots of fun things to do around the house. On our last snow day, we built a large fort in our living room using blankets from all of our beds! The kiddos had a blast crawling in and out if the fort. And were very upset when it was time to take it down. Ah, well, we can build another one next time!!!!

Snow days!

We got lots of snow and ice this week! C missed four days of school due to the weather and road conditions. We escaped our house one over the course of five days. I think we are all ready to get out and about again!

Geocaching adventures

We went geocaching again on Saturday. It was such a nice day. We walked along nature trails and beside a lake finding different caches. At the lake, we found this cove that had so many ducks at it. The kiddos loved watching them. We found six caches! Fun times.

Father/Daughter Banquet

E and her daddy went to the Father/Daughter banquet at our church on Friday night. They had so much fun spending some special time together. K can't wait for her turn to join them next year!

Rope swing
